Plaiku terms of use
Updated 9 October 2026
Plaiku makes a game from one sentence, with AI. Using the site means agreeing to these terms.
Who it is for
- Children use Plaiku with a grown-up, who is responsible for how it is used.
- Only a grown-up signs in, deletes an account, shares a game or buys credits, after a small check for grown-ups.
- Do not use the site to make harmful content, or run it with bots or scripts.
The games
- AI builds the games, and sometimes one is not quite what was asked for. You can ask for a change, and every game has a Report button.
- The games a family makes are theirs to play and share for personal use.
Credits and payment
- Making and improving games is free, up to a daily allowance that renews every day.
- A signed-in parent can buy a pack of credits, shown on the site as building power, with a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no repeat charge.
- Credits let the family keep making and improving games after the day's free allowance. Each game or change uses what it really costs to build, and credits are used only once the free allowance is used up.
- Credits do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account. Deleting the account deletes them.
- On the website, Dodo Payments takes the payment as the seller of record: it charges the card, handles tax and sends the receipt. We never see card details.
- In the Android app, credits are bought through Google Play, which takes the payment and sends the receipt. We never see card details there either.
- Credits bought on the website or in the app work in both, on the same account.
You'll see the price before you pay.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of buying, you can ask for a full refund of a pack you have not used.
- If part of a pack was used, we refund the unused part.
- When a payment is refunded, its credits are taken off the account.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method, through Dodo Payments.
- A pack bought in the Android app is refunded through Google Play, under its refund policy. When Google Play refunds it, its credits are taken off the account within about an hour.
To ask for a refund, write to eliraneln@gmail.com. You can also reply to the receipt from Dodo Payments.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the free allowance. Credits already bought stay on the account. Questions? Write to eliraneln@gmail.com.
