Refund policy

Refunds

• Within 14 days of buying, you can ask for a full refund of a pack you have not used.
• If part of a pack was used, we refund the unused part.
• When a payment is refunded, its credits are taken off the account.
• Refunds go back to the same payment method, through Dodo Payments.
• A pack bought in the Android app is refunded through Google Play, under its refund policy. When Google Play refunds it, its credits are taken off the account within about an hour.
