Ages 6 to 7

Addition game up to 20, with dinosaurs

An addition game for ages 6 and 7 in a world of dinosaurs. The game reads a sum aloud, such as "What is 3 plus 4?", shows it on a card, with eggs to count for the small ones, and your child taps the right answer to move on in the race.

The game's world

What it teaches

  • Adding up to 10, then up to 15 and 20
  • Counting eggs to find a sum
  • Close answers that ask for a careful look

How to play

  1. Hear a question

The game reads the question aloud and shows it on a card. A tap on the card says it again.

  2. Tap an answer

A few answers float up as balloons, and the hero leaps to the one tapped: a right one pops and moves the hero a step on.

  3. Win the race

A friendly rival moves only on a miss, never on a clock. Reach the goal first in three races, each a little harder.

Good to know

  • Free, no sign-up, on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
  • Every question is read aloud, for children who cannot read yet too.
  • Answers are worked out by code, never guessed: a right answer always counts as right.
  • No clock and no game over: a miss shows the right answer, and a lost race starts again a little easier.

Make it your own

Ask in your own words for a hero from your child's drawing, another world, harder questions, or something new entirely.

Questions parents ask

Are the numbers written or only spoken?

Both. The sum is written large on the card and read aloud, and the answers are written on the balloons.

Are the games really free?

Yes. They are free to play, with no sign-up. Making your own version is free every day too, and a grown-up can buy more building power for more.

My child cannot read yet. Will this work?

Yes. Every question is read aloud, and a tap on the question card says it again. The answers are big numbers or letters.

Who checks that the answers are right?

The game's code works out every answer from the question itself, and a bot plays every game to the end before it is shown. A right answer always counts as right.

What happens on a wrong answer?

The answer tapped floats away, the right one lights up, and the friendly rival hops a step. A race the rival wins starts again with the rival further back.

How do I share it with other parents?

Every page has a WhatsApp share button. The link opens the game's page, and from there it plays in one tap.
